A lifelong runner and former collegiate athlete, he approaches footwear with the heart of a competitor and the curiosity of a true product geek.

Ryan’s passion for footwear started early — as a teenager (see photo), he was already customizing his own shoes with paint and stitching, turning every pair into something original. That creative spark evolved into a career spanning sales, marketing, and brand development within the footwear industry. Over the years, Ryan has dedicated himself to understanding the business from the ground up — from consumer insights to product innovation — with the goal of building shoes that truly earn their place in people’s lives.
